Thanks to our Trip Manager Ayushi , who did a very good job in planning every aspect of our travel for 7 days. She was hands on and always available, making sure the trip was an unforgettable one. the driver assignd to us by the local team (Mudassir Bhai) was very professional and made sure we saw the local Kashmir and visited all the spots.
The local folk of Kashmir genuinely touched our hearts, they are warm and hospitable making the place a real treat. Pahalgam is a must Visit, the weather, the rivers, the mountains and the greenery - unmatched. The Gondola rides were also an experience to remember!! However, if travelling in summer, it's better to have a guide as it gets insanely crowded. But we were advised at every step of the way by Ayushi. Thank you Thrillophilia for the wonderful memories!"

The vehicle Tempo traveller was brand new and its driver Asif was wonderful person all smiles and very cooperative. The ground support Mr. HARISH was very proactive. We got lucky to experience the snowfall in Gulmarg. To add on, we were super lucky to experience snow, sunny, sleet and rains, all in the trip. :) Having said that, the trip was very well organised. The hotel accomodations throughout the trip were very beautiful and the check-ins were smooth. The food was tasty and the staff was very cooperative. The driver cum guide i.e., Javaid bhai was very supportive who guided us well throughout the trip.
He made sure our travelling was safe and took us to all the places mentioned in the itinerary. Further, the operation team and on ground team which include Aman and Iqra respectively, have made sure the trip was up to the mark. They communicated throughout the trip and assisted us in case of any doubt/issue. Since this was a family trip, I wanted to make the experience surreal for my parents. Though there are some suggestions which I would like to provide which may improve the services, Thrillophilia has undoubtedly made this trip unforgettable. A big thank you for such an amazing arrangements and for guiding us well."
